The official language of the Congress is English.

Visa Requirements

Participants are requested to check with the Malaysian consulate in their home country or with their travel agency for visa requirements. It is the responsibility of the participants to obtain a visa in advance if required.

Letter of Invitation

The organiser will be pleased to send a letter of invitation to any individual requesting one. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants obtain a visa or raise travel funds. It is not a commitment on the part of the congress to provide any financial support. You may request a letter during the online registration process or from the OGSM 2022 Congress secretariat at : ogsmcongress@ogsm.org.my

Smart Devices

Some of the congress events will rely on smart devices such as smart phones and tablets. Kindly bring your devices along to participate in the congress fully. Please bring your own power bank as there will be limited charging points at the congress venue.

Congress Admission - Name Badge

Admission to all scientific sessions, exhibition areas and congress-related events will be by name badge only. All participants are kindly requested to carry their personal badge received upon registration at all times while at the congress.

Liability and Insurance

The OGSM 2022 Congress secretariat will not accept liability for personal accidents, or loss or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the OGSM 2022 Congress. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Recording Policy

Recording (photographic, video and/or audio) of all sessions is strictly prohibited.
