Graduated MBBCh from Egypt and Masters in O&G from USM. He played a key role in establishing Sabah's first public IVF centre in 2010. He also help set up the first and only IVF centre in Sabah (SabahCare Fertility Centre). Dr Hatta has a vast experience in ART which include training in UKM (Malaysia), Melbourne (Australia) & Liverpool (UK).
He also holds a postgraduate Certificate in Law and Medical Ethics from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
