Nurulhuda Mansor is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and a Partner at Messrs. Shearn Delamore & Co. Her areas of practice consist of all aspects of contentious and non-contentious medical and dental malpractice. She also advises and represents medical and dental practitioners in disciplinary proceedings before the Malaysian Medical Council and Malaysian Dental Council.
She has authored and presented papers on medico-legal topics at various conferences and seminars, and regularly gives lectures on medical law at local universities and tertiary hospitals. She is a Mediator accredited with the Bar Council Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC), a Trainer for the Bar Council’s Advocacy Training Course and is the Assistant Secretary (Legal) of the Medico-Legal Society of Malaysia (MLSM).
