Professor Kulenthran graduated from the University of Singapore in 1975, obtained his MRCOG in 1982 and soon after joined the Department of ObGyn, University of Malaya Medical Centre. He rose through the ranks to become Full Professor in 1991. He has the rare distinction of having two Doctoral Degrees, the PhD and MD. Over the last 10 years he found his niche in Medical Education and taken an interest in teaching students on Ethics and Personal and Professional Development, the soft skills needed for them to become a better doctor. Having been a clinician for more than 30 years, read Law, given expert evidence in Court and sat on the Disciplinary proceedings of the MMC, he comes with a wealth of experience on the ethics of clinical management
