Pelvic Organ Prolapse

In the Women’s Health Initiative study, pelvic organ prolapse was detected in 41% of women in the age ranges of 50 to 59 years. The true incidence may never be known as it is a topic that is not often broached. In this webinar, we hope to address the treatment modalities available for pelvic floor muscle laxity, from the more nouveau vaginal rejuvenation to the humble pessary to the complexities of pelvic organ prolapse surgery. Pelvic organ prolapse needs to be adequately addressed for our women to enjoy a better quality of life.
