Maidzuara is an Utter Barrister of the Gray’s Inn.

In 1990, she was called to the Malaysian Bar.

She practised as an Advocate and solicitor for almost 30 years and was involved in various areas of the law, with an emphasis on medico-legal matters for the last 10 years of her practice.

In 2020, Maidzuara left practice at the bar to contribute to the judiciary.

In February 2023, Maidzuara joined Messrs Azim, Tunku Farik & Wong as a consultant. She works with one of the firm’s senior partners, Mr Tharumah Rajah, in the medico-legal department.
