Saravana is the Head of the Firm’s Tax, SST & Customs, where he has appeared in benchmark litigations with a sizeable volume of wins in tax disputes. He is recognised as one of the leading lawyers by Asialaw Profiles and was named as one of the 40 leading lawyers under 40 in Asia by Asian Legal Business in 2018. Saravana was also named as one of the 100 leading lawyers in Malaysia by Asia Business Law Journal in 2022.

He chairs the Taxation & Customs Committee of LAWASIA and also serves as a Trustee of the Malaysian Tax Research Foundation, which is an independent body dedicated for the promotion, encouragement and advancement of tax research in Malaysia. Saravana was also formerly an Adjunct Professor with Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) for nearly 10 years.
