Dr Ng Ying Shan is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who is currently in KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital. She received her primary medical degree (M.D) from UKM in 2010 and completed her Master’s Degree of Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from UM in 2019. She has obtained Fellowship in Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) from India in 2022.

Before her appointment at KPJ Kuching Specialist Hospital, she serves as a clinical specialist in Sarawak General Hospital.

Apart from MIS, Dr. Ng has actively participated in training and education. She is a trainer in obstetrics emergencies workshop and ultrasound courses in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She is passionate about the gynae-endoscopy field and ultrasound imaging in O&G and has organized various courses to share her knowledge and skills.
