Dr Aini Hanan is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Member of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG)

In addition to delivering care for women through various stages of their reproductive health, she has particular enthusiasm in the intricate nuances of menopause. Among her achievements and contributions are:
- Recipient of International Menopause Society Young Scholar Bursary 2024
- Runner-up of Menopause Olympics at the 19th World Congress on Menopause
- Member of OGSM Menopause & Midlife Women's Health Subcommittee, part of organising team for the OGSM Menopause & Midlife Women's Health Roadshows

Apart from caring for her patients, her side quest is to explore human factors that contribute to patient safety in healthcare, as well as championing cultural change in the fraternity.

Outside medicine, she empowers women through mentoring for Project Girls4Girls Malaysia, a chapter of global NGO that provides women access to professional mentorship and a global network of female leaders.
