Dr Neoh Siew Hong is currently an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, Taylor's University, Subang Jaya. She graduated from the University of Malaya and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. She has served in the Ministry of Health for 35 years. Dr Neoh was the head of Neonatal Subspecailty and Head of Neonatal Unit in Hospital Tunku Azizah, KL, prior to her retirement in 2023.
She is an active member of the Perinatal Society of Malaysia and was its president from 2023-2024.
Dr Neoh has been an expect witness for several neonatal medicolegal cases.
