Online Registration

Registration can be made online at using a secure credit card payment site.

The registered delegate’s entitlements include:

  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Admission to all Scientific Sessions & Trade Exhibitions
  • Conference Materials
  • Coffee/Tea and Lunches

Please register as early as possible to ensure receipt of the complete set of congress materials upon checking in at the time of the congress.

Method of Payment

All registrations must be accompanied by full payment in Malaysian Ringgit. All payments are to be issued in favour of the “23rd Malaysian Congress of O & G”.

If remittance is via direct bank transfer or telegraphic transfer, please return the completed registration form to the Congress Secretariat along with the details of the remittance.

Cancellation and Refund policy

The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be made after the Congress as follows

Cancellation on or before 15th May 2014 : 50% refund
Cancellation after 15th May 2014 : No refund

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate’s travel and visa arrangements. Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.

Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates.


The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of participants during the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.


Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure all aspects of the Congress mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee assumes no responsibility should it fail to materialise due to unforeseen circumstances.
